Refund Policy

Refund requests related to payment issues or cancellations will be processed within 1-2 business days.

Requests related to quality issues will be processed within one week. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to be processed by your bank.

To initiate a cancellation of an order, kindly reach out to our support team through phone or Live Chat as soon as possible.

•   If the order is cancelled prior to the assignment of a writer, a full refund (100%) of your payment will be issued.
•   If approximately half of the time has passed, up to 50% of the amount will be refunded , as long as the order status has been checked with the writer and has not been completed. If the work has already been completed by the writer, a refund request will not be honored.

If you realize you have been charged twice for a single order, please reach out to us. Send both receipts to our email and the duplicate payment will be refunded in full promptly.

It is important to cancel any unwanted orders, otherwise, they will be treated as valid orders and will be processed. In this scenario, the normal procedures for order cancellation and refund will apply, which means a full refund may not be possible. To cancel an order you have mistakenly placed, please reach out to our customer support team as soon as possible.

Refunds for delays and price adjustments do not apply to revisions, as the revision deadlines are independent from those of the initial orders.

It's important to be mindful when selecting the deadline on the order form. It's best to have a buffer of at least 30% of the time between the deadline you choose and the actual due date of the paper. This way, you ensure that there is enough time for revisions in case any issues arise with the first version of the paper.

For orders that have the progressive delivery option, the time frame for requesting a revision is restricted to 28 days after the initial approval. Once you Approve the part of the paper and writer move on to the next section of your order, you will not be able to request a refund for the previously approved portion.

• 1.   When payment is made in installments.
• 2.   When a refund is requested for the following types of products: a) Resumes/CVs, b) Cover letters, c) Revised/edited papers, and d) software development.
• 3.   When we have agreed to receive payment after delivery of the product.
• 4.   When a refund is requested after a specified time period.

Once the copies of the references are delivered with your paper, the additional fee for this service will not be refundable. However, if the references are not delivered, the payment will be returned.
